Foradada
It incorporates a vertical garden with several species of different flowering that allows you to enjoy the vegetation without reducing the space of the small square. This garden is related to the artistic piece, created from the drawings of the children of the neighborhood schools. The piece, made of steel plates, fuses the historical traces of Trinitat Vella with children’s street games, and is the result of a process of participation and co-creation of children in Trinitat Vella schools.
The objective of project
Constructively, the thermal conditions of the homes have been improved by the injection of thermal insulation and the natural protection that the vertical garden itself offers.
This combination not only contributes to environmental sustainability but also enriches the urban environment with vegetation and art that has deep local significance.

Description of the proposal
- Diverse Vertical Garden:
A vertical garden with a variety of different flowering species will be incorporated to provide visual appeal by constating throughout the seasons. This garden will allow the enjoyment of the vegetation without compromising the space of the square.
- Improvement of Thermal Conditions:
A thermal insulation system will be implemented in the surrounding dwellings, contributing to improve the living conditions of the residents. The vertical garden itself will offer natural protection, creating a beneficial microclimate.
- Environmental Sustainability:
The project will incorporate sustainable practices, both in the choice of plant species and in the use of recycled and sustainable materials for the construction of the garden and the art piece.
